To post a picture in either the Gallery or the WIP section you need to open up some kind of hosting account.

I use...

https://servimg.com/

You can use what ever you like, but that is what I have been using for years.

To post a picture

1. Log on to your 'hosting' account.

2. Upload your image from your hard drive.

3. Once it uploads look for the 'Direct Links' image URL.

4. Click the 'Image' button (its the 4th from the left when you are posting a new topic, looks like a Polaroid)

5. Copy/Paste the text in the box and hit OK.

6. The text should appear in your post and look like....

7. Do what ever you need to do to finish you post and hit 'Preview' to make sure it all looks OK.

8. Your done.

PLEASE don't post huge freaking pictures. There is a option when uploading to re-size your images please use it.

Below is the picture I inserted in this post, had to disable the code in this post so you could see what it looked like.

When resizing photos, what is the recommended size to adjust too?
