| Some tourneys allow either or codex within 30days of release. So I'm taking the or out and only new Marine Codex allowed and Black Templar Codex not allowed as it is now in the new Codex Space Marine.
Kill Point chart is a new way we are trying Kill points. It basically is take 5/ # units in the army and that is how many Kill points each unit is worth...

| So you want MSU armies spammed. Kill points was the only balancing factor to these. But now you've reversed it. MSU armies are strengthened by kill points. | |

| Nids and Tervigons...I guess you have to track how many units you spawned during the game to determine how many kill points each unit is worth? And it will be different game to game. Sounds like a bookkeeping pain. | |

| Kill points are only max 5 Points out of 20, its the secondary and just testing to see if this works and if people like it better.
MSU? Michigan State University Armies

| No book keeping pains, the spawned units don't count for overall Units but you get the same amount for each unit to a max of 5 points... | |

| i was off work today but those missions made me pass on this one. i don't like the random value mission anyways let alone play it 3 times in one day. Modified KPs pretty much smacked my GKs in the mouth as well.
maybe the next one!

gj Edge! Random Value Mission? Nothing Random about it... The Kill Points worked out better than I had hoped! The Objectives were set by me and you knew the point values of all objectives and their placement. Next time if you are hesitant about a way a mission is please let me know. I can take it into consideration for future tourneys or in this case correct any misgivings...

| So, was keeping the Psyker powers the same throughout the tournament a time issue or what. That's going to suck for some armies if they don't get the ones they need. What about Daemonic Rewards or Chaos Boons. | |

| I brought that same point to Makari's attention. having the same traits throughout the day did not individualize each round let alone game. and yes if you do not get what you want in round one, the rest of the day will not be good.

| I certainly meant no disrespect towards you making unique missions but just meant to relay that I'm not a fan of certain ones being augmented. I think KPs balance out spam lists and feel that there are lists out there (like my palacrons) that are built to have an advantage in those missions.
I meantioned that I don't like the random value mission as well. Nothing is worse than getting all 1's and 2's while your opponents get all the high points ones when your army is built to suppress and turtle.
Now, you mentioned you set them pregame but it never said that in the description listed here. All that being said, it would take time for me to put an aggressive spam list together in a week without being able to test it. So, I passed. I'm a creature of habit and endless play testing. I don't like playing a list I haven't played at least 10 or more times. Dice are random enough that I must be comfortable with my lists.

| Fair enough but by the same token for these primers I don't want people tooling a list too much. Part of the Fun for most is bringing a list that "fits" 6th ed ish...
I could run stright from the book but wouldn't work all that well.
