| Yes you can use the other person's quad gun. I have actually had fateweaver use the quadgun to shoot down a Vendetta while he was still in flying mode.. which is stupid... or funny? | |

| The fortifications are not 'owned' until controlled by a model. If unoccupied, you can infiltrate into or move into it. | |

Never 'owned' until 'occupied', and ownership changes when 'occupied' again by the enemy if cleared.
Meant to answer this question to Mack at one point, and forgot in my everpresent deluge of work texts spamming my phone. | |
