| Two things....
What' wrong the camera? very narrow field of vision.
Why are you playing on a pool table with no cover? blasphemous indeed!

| It's recorded on my iPhone. Took me forever to figure out how to compress the individual ideas into one. Yeah it's a pool table. You have my old table, Edge... have to make due. Once we figure out what we're doing about buying another house, I'll build another. Until then, it's Ohio State red on the terrain. | |

I got caught out on that one to at first...frikkin excited as all hell about fast AV-13 transports... and then i noticed the lack of 'fast' in the descriptor, and thus came the sad-panda-face! thanks for the report, i was wondering how the 'death-star' court would play out.

| Hey now...I didn't have my glasses on so it didn't look like he moved that far The Deathstar performed well destroying everything it got into combat with and being damn near impossible to destroy. Problem is it couldn't kill enough. In a 6 turn game it killed 4 things, 3 earned kill points, 2 turns of teleporting. It would really benefit from some good mid distance shooting ( like the paladin squad) but it's not available. Some more additional ranged anti tank might have helped to disrupt my vehicles enough to keep them from moving away from his Deathstar. Oh and by the way Mack's deathstar consisted of Lords, I think I referred to them as Crypteks-sorry. Additionally, I think he would definitely have gotten more out of them if he had faced a more assault based army and if rumors end up true about assaulting after deep striking in 6th that may help also. | |

| Definately impressed with the resiliantcy of the Deathstar. Warmonger threw everything, but the pool table we were playing on, at them. The doomsday arks were dissapointing. Running the d-star list, I need that fire support. But not many would bring a tough as nails list like monger brings with his Guard... some may but not many. Also the cost points wise for the d-star doesn't leave me a lot left to play with... especially if I have to reduce points to make 1850.
I think I might try to Cryptek units next time and hope monger is right about assaulting after deep striking.

| Man I love when you guys do video reports!!! =P Always even better when you actually finish them haha.
Some minor mistakes but who cares always great to see some testing of the new dex. So thanks for posting guys. In fact if you don't care I'll link to this on my blog later. MARTIAL LAW REP
I like that the Deathstar lived though the game and was hard to take down. Sadly though we can't see how choppy it is in relation since you chopped up guard with them. =P Also as a note if you can assault after DS that makes Demons a very dangerous codex without some type of nerf. Especially for anything that can fleet.
This report really drives home the points cost of this codex. The Guard insanely out number the Crons in this report. Also it looks like the Dooooooooommmssssday arks really didn't hit a ton of targets this game. They had been shooting below average and I wonder if they where hitting more if it would have been a different game.
Also sad didn't see the effects of night fight.
ALso (insert favorite joke about str 6 autocannon joke here) Although I don't know why you complain about that I am pretty sure you won that event anyway. haha.

| So watched the report in full, tried a few times and family kept interrupting. Nice report, I didn't catch the fast move with a non fast vehicle...
You gonna try a C'tan shard?

| If I run one I was thinking of this:
C'Tan Shard 185 Writhing Worldscape 35 Pyreshard OR Grand Illusion 15 OR 40
Total 235 OR 260
Effective use of the table vs Horde and Mech. Combine this with Wraiths and you would free reign with little repurcussion.

| I've been wanting to try a Ctan w/ WW and Crypteks w/ tremorstaves combo to really check out whether it's competitive or not. | |
