Mixed units moving in the shooting phase?

Need a little help!
My question is...Can a unit of bikes containing an IC/cavalry model, still turbo boost while the IC runs as long as they maintain unit coherency?

The Run rule says "roll a D6 to determine the maximum Run distance for the entire unit." As bikes can't run but can turbo boost can the unit perform both if coherency is maintained?

I'd have to check the brb but...I believe the unit can only move at the slowest speed of any attached IC/unit.

I'd say yes they can as long as all parts of the unit can meet there 'run' movt speed.

Of course it does, but I think that it applies to any slowest model not just the IC attached. The actually distance moved is irrelavent to my question. I was only wondering whether the unit can use both forms of movement.

So...In this case the IC rolls a one for his run move, the bikers can then turbo boost up to one inch - excellent!

brb p 10 defines mixed unit movt.

yes they can move at different speeds, yes you get your cover save for the model that turbo'd.
